How can I book your service?
Simply fill in the contact form and one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible. Otherwise you can call us to get an immediate response.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all over GTA. Simply contact us and we will confirm if your area is covered.
Can your cleaner come when i am at work?
Yes. All our cleaners are vetted in advance and only come upon referral. So you can rest assured that your house keys will be in safe hands. This will allow us to carry out the work necessary at you convenience.
Will I have the same cleaner every week?
Yes. We try to ensure that you get the same cleaner week in week out. This is to ensure the cleaner knows exactly what you expect upon each visit. Obviously there are occasions when the cleaner will be on holiday. Other than this and sickness, you will have the same cleaner every time.
Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
You will provide the cleaning materials. This is the most economical and hygienic method. We try to avoid using the same equipment from location to location. This eliminates the risk of transference of bacteria and house mites for example.
What is the minimum number of hours?
The minimum number of hours per visit is 3 hours. Although we can offer you a cleaner for less time at a tailored cost. Please contact us for more info.
Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner visits?
Yes. We can provide a cleaner 7 days of the week. We will not charge you extra for this service.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a holiday. All you have to do is give use 3 working days notice and we will ensure the cleaning is cancelled.
What if I am not happy with the work?
For regular cleaning Contact Us as soon as possible and we will ensure the matter is resolved. If you wish we will replace the cleaner. For one off jobs please ensure any issues you have are resolved before making final payment.
What if I have pets? Will they have to be secured while cleaning takes place?
It is not a problem if you have pets unless and until it is a potential risk to visitors. In this case we would require you to secure the pet whilst cleaning takes place.
Who pays the cleaner?
For regular cleaning, unlike most companies, we will take care of this. All you have to worry about is ensuring the Direct Debit is set up. Please note we require payment 1 month in advance.
Are you insured?
We are covered by public liability insurance. So you can rest assured in the unlikely event that any damage which has evidently been caused by one of our cleaners will be taken care of swiftly and with minimal hassle to you.
What are your cleaners' working hours?
All our cleaners work to a very flexible time frame. So if you have any particular requirements please Contact Us and we will try our best to meet your needs.
Do you provide replacement if the regular cleaner is ill or goes on a holiday?
Yes. We will send another one of our cleaners at the same agreed time and day.
